Join this Zoom session from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. and equip yourself and your family with information and strategies that help ease pandemic stress.

Mental Health 101: Signs, symptoms and how to cope features Erin Waterbury, MSW, LGSW, from Lutheran Social Services on Tuesday, January 26. Join this Zoom session from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. and learn how to identify concerns and manage mental health issues.
