Q. I set up or adjusted my account to be notified the way that I want, but I’m still receiving notifications in other ways.
A. More than likely there is more than one payor associated with your student(s). If you know the login information for the other payor, login to Skyward Family Access using that account, and adjust the setting accordingly. If you don’t know the login information, please contact your child’s school office.
Q. I’m signed up to receive emails, but I’m not getting them.
A. Confirm that your email address is correct in Skylert. If the correct address is listed, check in your spam folder. If our emails are located there, please add email@example.com to your “safe list” or mark our emails as “not spam.”
Q. I’ve signed up for text messages, but I don’t receive them.
A. Confirm your text number in Skylert and that it is entered at the bottom, where text numbers are specifically listed. If this doesn’t work, we’ve discovered some carriers block messages from Skylert even though you have granted us permission to text you. Check with your carrier to see if numbers from 68453 are being blocked.
