Construction Update, July 16

Sauk Rapids-Rice Middle School 

• Exterior
  • Exterior brick by door six
    • Starting to waterproof and brick will be added soon

Sauk Rapids-Rice High School

• The pavement of the south parking lot, parent pick up and drop
  • Finishing the completing touches
  • Continue to be closed to the public until Osauka Road is complete
• Replacement of Parking Lot lights.
  • Light bases installed
  • Dirt work and hydroseeding are being done
• Theatrical Light in the PAC
  • Removal compelete
  • Installing new equipment

Mississippi Heights Elementary

• 2nd-floor hallway replacement  - DONE
• Pavement of Bus Loop
  • Finishing the completing touches
  • Open to the public next week

Rice Elementary

• Playground
  • Concrete border is being installed this week - wood chips to follow
  • The old playground has been removed 
  • For everyone's safety during this process, access to the older part of the playground will be temporarily restricted to staff, students, and the public until further notice.

• Exterior brick and window replacement
  • Brick - ongoing
  • Window replacement and insulation -ongoing.
