Senior Picture & Ad for Yearbook, Deadline December 20

Parents, Guardians, and Seniors: Pay close attention to submission requirements below; yearbook staff and adviser cannot be held responsible for those who do not follow the specific submission requirements stated below.

SENIOR PICTURES

Senior portraits are due on December 20, 2024. The yearbook staff reserves the right to refuse your photograph if it does not meet the requirements listed below, so please make good choices and use good judgment with your submissions.

**** Please submit ONE vertical portrait headshot

This image will appear in the Senior Portrait section of the yearbook.

DO:
- Senior pictures do not need to be professionally taken, but it is preferred.
- Senior pictures must be in a digital format (.jpg preferred; 300 DPI).
- The photo will be a vertical format, wallet size (we will crop accordingly to best fit the portrait space).
- Color or black and white is acceptable
DO NOT:
- NO PROPS (athletic equipment, instruments, animals, children, vehicles, etc.)
- No hand gestures
- No Instagram/SnapChat filters

Portraits must be digitally submitted. *NO PHOTOS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT SCHOOL.*

Senior Graduation Practice, Tuesday, May 27

Tuesday, May 27, 10:30 a.m.

Location: Herb Brooks National Hockey Center on the campus of St. Cloud State University

Students who are planning to participate in the commencement ceremony are required to attend practice.
Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from practice.
Practice is for students only, no parents/guardians will be allowed to attend.
Please park in Lot K.

Last year our planning team was short a few members, which meant some of us wearing extra hats. We would love to throw the 2025 party with a FULL team. We can teach you what you need to know and provide job descriptions. A couple hours a month is all you need. Please message if you are interested or have questions.

Meat Raffles

The Meat Raffles are held at

Rumors Bar & Grill, Rice MN
2nd Friday of the Month
Starts at 6:00 p.m.

Parents/Guardians, friends and families help by attending and participating in these Meat Raffles.

Funds raised from the Meat Raffle have been used to provide some gifts/prizes, entertainment, food and more over the years.

We are always looking for Volunteers. If you are interested you can sign up here.

Volunteers should come to Rumors Bar & Grill at 5:45 to help set up. The raffle starts at 6:00 and goes until we're out of boards.

Commencement Ceremony Details

Graduation: Tuesday, May 27, 2025

Location: Herb Books National Hockey Center, St. Cloud State University

Time: 7:00 p.m.

Graduates must report to the high school, Door 6, by 5:45 p.m. on May 27 dressed in formal attire including cap and gown.
Student transportation to and from the ceremony will be provided.
Graduates will be placed in the correct order prior to the ceremony.
The senior class will move through commencement as one group.
Spectators seating will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Tickets are not required to attend the ceremony.
There is no limit to the number of guests each graduate can invite.
Programs may be limited to immediate family.
Handicap seating is available. Please see an usher if assistance is needed.
Immediately following the recessional, families are invited to meet their students outside on the plaza for pictures (weather permitting). If it is raining, students will be allowed back onto the graduation floor and families will be invited to come onto the floor to take pictures.
After pictures, graduates will return to the high school on the bus for the Graduation Celebration Lock-In. Specifics regarding this event will be released soon.
If you are unable to attend the ceremony in person, please join us by using the livestream link on the website. We will broadcast the 2025 commencement ceremony starting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27, link to be posted on our website.
