Registration for the 2026–2027 school year is open.

We are so excited for you to join us here at Sauk Rapids-Rice Public Schools! Follow these steps to start on this new adventure.

Families Registering for K–12

*Non-residents: New to the District, online registration may only be completed after you have received notification by the district that your Non-Resident Application form has been approved for the next step. 

Step 1:  Create a Skyward Account

We process new student enrollments online using Skyward Family Access. You will need to request a login account using a valid email address or phone number.

  • If you provide an email address, your login and password will be sent to this email address.
  • If you provide only a phone number, you will set up your login information.

Step 2: Get the link in your email

Use the link in the email (or the login information you setup associated with your phone number) to log in and begin the process. The email will be sent from do.not.reply@isd47.org, be sure to add this email address to your valid email recipients to avoid it being affected by your spam filter.

Step 3: Submit enrollment documents

During the online registration process, you will be asked to upload the following documents. Any documents that are missing may delay enrollment. 

  • Proof of Residency - See acceptable documents here.
  • Immunization Record
  • Birth Certificate 
  • Recommended Health Information Form (for students in kindergarten and grade 7): Complete and sign by a physician. This form or a printout form your physician's office are acceptable.

Please Note

As a district, we are working diligently to plan for a successful new school year. To do this effectively, we need to work together. We recognize that there are times when it is more convenient for your student to attend a school different from the school in your attendance boundary. We would like to accommodate this when possible. We ask that all families who request a school outside of their attendance areas do so by April 30, 2026.

Find your attendance area
The district will work to accommodate as many requests as possible, but to facilitate planning and balance class sizes across the three elementary schools, requests after April 30 will be allowed only if there is space at the requested school. Please reach out to Tracey Fiereck by calling 320-258-1803 with any questions you may have.

Families Registering for Early Childhood

*Non-residents: New to the District, Early Childhood online registration can be completed without a pre approval for enrollment. 

Step 1:  Create and register for an ARUX Account 

We are excited to announce that Sauk Rapids-Rice is now transitioning to a new management system called ARUX for class registration, tuition, childcare, and more!

Because of the transition, we need ALL families to set up an ARUX account and add each of their preschool students to their profile by July 8, 2026.

If you are already enrolled for preschool 2026-2027 or just signing up we need everyone to create an account.

Once you have your account set up, we will be able to assign your student to a class/ teacher.
