Registration for the 2026–2027 school year is open.
We are so excited for you to join us here at Sauk Rapids-Rice Public Schools! Follow these steps to start on this new adventure.
Families Registering for K–12
Step 1: Log in to Skyward Family Access
If you do not have an existing Skyward Family Access account, see the "We are new to the district" tab.
After logging into Skyward Family Access, choose "New Student Online Enrollment" in the left-hand column.
If you are returning to Sauk Rapids-Rice Schools after attending school in another district, your previous Skyward Family Access account may still be available.
Please contact the school your child will attend for login information.
Step 2: Submit Enrollment Documents
During the online registration process, you will be asked to upload the following documents:
- Proof of Residency - See acceptable documents here.
- Immunization record
- Birth certificate
- Recommended Health Information Form (for students in Kindergarten and Grade 7):
- Complete this form and have it signed by a physician.
- A printout form your physician's office is also acceptable.
The following forms are needed only if they apply to your student(s)
- Early Childhood Screening (Only if this did not take place in Sauk Rapids-Rice )
- IEP/Special Education (SPED) Records
- Educational Benefits Application (To be completed annually for current school year)
- Families in Transition Form
- Transportation
Any documents that are missing may delay enrollment.
Families Registering for Early Childhood
Step 1: Create and register for an ARUX Account
We are excited to announce that Sauk Rapids-Rice is now transitioning to a new management system called ARUX for class registration, tuition, childcare, and more!
Because of the transition, we need ALL families to set up an ARUX account and add each of their preschool students to their profile by July 8, 2026.
If you are already enrolled for preschool 2026-2027 or just signing up we need everyone to create an account.

Once you have your account set up, we will be able to assign your student to a class/ teacher.
Thank you for your assistance and if you have any questions or a change in your fall class, please send an email with your student's full name to srrecoffice@isd47.org.
