The Sauk Rapids-Rice School District, like other Minnesota districts, remains proactive and creative in securing and sustaining qualified teacher substitutes. The district actively recruits and works with recent graduates at their specific university and/or college, has sought out past retirees who might be interested in substituting and partnered with the SRREA to develop possible solutions to maintain competitive compensation.
