How can parents provide necessary information to the school regarding close contact or positive cases in their family?

Parents can report in several ways:
- Fill out the COVID-19 Cases/Symptoms Form online
- This form aids the district in understanding localized building/district COVID-19 case rates and COVID-19 related absences

Call your child’s school during the school day and talk with the health assistant
