How to receive District & Building Communication
Each Sauk Rapids-Rice Public Schools building sends out weekly newsletters to guardians of currently enrolled students. The district also uses Blackboard to communicate with guardians about emergency situations, weather-related delays/cancellations. low lunch account balances, student attendance, changes to scheduled events and other student-specific communication. The following contact methods are used for school communications:
- Telephone calls with electronically recorded messages
- Emails
- Text messages
It is highly recommended that guardians verify that their contact information within their Skyward Family Access account is up-to-date as this is the information used by the district to send out its communications. Please log into your Skyward Family Access account here and click on "Account" at the top of the screen. Any contact information that is changed within your account will be updated in the communication systems overnight.
If you are not receiving the school and district communications and think you may have unsubscribed, please use the Re-Subscribe to School Communications form to start receiving them again.
Community members may subscribe to district communication by using this form.
