Nordic Walking - The Best Walk, May 13

Learn about the benefits (cardio fitness, weight management, bone density, less pain, more confidence) and the specifics of the poles followed by instruction on basic technique and your first Nordic walk. The second and third week gives us time to work on our technique and begin to maximize the upper body workout with the poles. It's fun, it's easy to learn and it's a great activity to share with family and friends. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness, we won't ask you to walk further or faster than what is comfortable for you. Poles will be provided for use in class. Wear good walking shoes and come prepared to walk with more energy and less stress!
