Knitting for Beginners: Remembrance Poppy (Multiple Sessions), Summer

All classes are for ages 10–adult and will be instructed by Trudy Powell. 
 

Create a meaningful handmade piece of art while learning the foundations of knitting.
Participants will be guided through the essential techniques like casting on,
knit and purl stitches, and shaping, as they create a beautiful red remembrance poppy.
This project can be completed during class and is a great introduction to knitting
and building skills while making something special and meaningful.

All materials are provided including a needle to take home ($10 value). 
Beginners or those with previous experience who want to brush up their skills are welcome.
