Would you like to increase your endurance, build cardiovascular fitness, burn fat and improve muscular strength? High-Intensity Interval Training is a full-body workout which includes warm-up, bursts of exercise, short recovery periods and cool down. Build your strength in a solid and intense 45-minute workout. All fitness levels are welcome, modifications are provided.
Bring to class: mat, water bottle, and hand weights.
