
“Bridging the Gap Between High School and Adult Life”
The Bridges Transition program, located at Sauk Rapids-Rice High School, is a program for 18–21-year-old students with special needs requiring further transition education after completing their senior year of high school.
Our Mission: To develop and promote independent living skills in the areas of vocational, self-care, community involvement and recreation-leisure, through skills assessment, goal setting and functional training.
It is the goal of this program to facilitate cooperation between students, families and other service providers.
