Parents/Guardians of Sauk Rapids-Rice students, please take a few minutes to fill out this important communication survey.
We are interested in learning about your district-level communication preferences; times, dates, methods and mediums.
Please click on the link below to complete the brief survey (estimated to take three to five minutes). The focus of this survey is district-level communications with three (3) key stakeholder groups; parents/guardians, district staff, and community members. The survey is not intended to evaluate building-level communication preferences.
The survey will be open from May 16 through the end of the day on June 1, 2023
