Families, Make Sure You Are Receiving District Notifications

Winter weather is coming! It is important that families receive notifications in the way that works best for them. 

Does the district have the most useful mobile number for texts, email address for emails, and phone number to reach you personally? 

If you receive district communications by email, text, and phone the way that works best for you - you are all set - no action is needed!

If you would like to verify and/or update your information, please log into your Skyward Family Access account and verify your primary and secondary contact information.  Please also verify the information for your child(ren)’s emergency contacts. 

If you find that changes must be made to your Skyward Family Access account, click “My Account”.  In the “My Account” screen parents/guardians can update their email address and phone number(s)- home, work, and/or cell (you can choose two (2)). After changes are made, click on “Save”.  Changes will be updated in the Skyward system overnight.

If the contact information is correct but you are not receiving district notification emails, please check your SPAM filter. If you have checked your Skyward Family Access account and the information is correct, but you are not receiving notifications please contact the district office at info@isd47.org or your building office manager and we will investigate the issue.
