Title One

Title One is a federal program that ensures all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach, at a minimum, proficiency on the Minnesota Comprehensive Assessments. In Sauk Rapids-Rice we use the funds to support Title I teachers and paraprofessionals. Title I funds are used at the elementary level in grades K-2 for reading instruction.
