Business Office

The Business Office is responsible for ensuring the financial stability of the school district now and in the future, while staying focused on our primary goal of serving the students, staff and citizens of our district.

The Business Office performs a variety of functions in the district; however, our main purpose is finance. Sauk Rapids-Rice Public Schools operate on a $40 million dollar budget. Our office manages district revenues, expenditures, student accounting, and payroll. We also oversee buildings and grounds, special education, student transportation and food service. The dedicated staff of our department is here to help and we look forward to serving you.
