Rice Elementary Offers FREE All Day Every Day Kindergarten and Many Other Opportunities!!
- Advanced technology tools such as ActivBoards (interactive whiteboards) in every
classroom and media center, I‐pad opportunities, classroom computer pods (Gr 3‐5),
three computer labs, etc. - Specialist instruction for all students in music, physical education, art, and
media/technology. - Monthly data review, progress monitoring, and varied intervention opportunities to ensure student success.
- Rice After School Adventure (RASA) remediation programming offered two days/week.
- Updated curriculums in math and language arts that are closely aligned to state standards.
- District Math Coach/District Staff Reading Licensure Cohort.
- Accelerated Reader Program offered for all students.
