Youth Programs
Studies suggest that helping young people to achieve their full potential is the best way to prevent them from engaging in risky behaviors.
The goal of community education’s youth development programs is to give youth the chance to exercise leadership, build skills and get involved. Our programs provide opportunities to support all young people in developing a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging, and empowerment.
The practical knowledge that young people gain from these opportunities helps them grow into healthy, happy, self-sufficient adults.
