Serving on the Board of Education at Sauk Rapids-Rice Public Schools is an honor and a privilege. The Board of Education is charged with governing, providing policy direction for the District, and leading effectively with the best interests of district students, staff and the communities of Sauk Rapids and Rice in mind. Their actions have profound impact on student learning, development, experience and achievement and in the end on the community as a whole.
The Sauk Rapids-Rice Board of Education is dedicated to providing a world-class education in a collaborative environment that inspires every learner to think, achieve, and care. Students attending Sauk Rapids-Rice Public Schools deserve excellence and equity when it comes to their education, and the Board of Education works diligently to ensure it.
Returning to the Sauk Rapids-Rice Board of Education are Robyn Holthaus and Lisa J. Braun, and joining the Sauk Rapids Board of Education is Lisa Loidolt. All three of these newly elected and/or re-elected Board members bring talent, dedication and energy to the table. Ms. Holthaus is the mother of three and grandmother of three, community member, alumnus, has been a Sauk Rapids-Rice Board member since 2002, and is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Bank Vista in Sartell. Robyn is passionate about students and families we serve, and is devoted to the continued success of the district and our community.
Lisa J. Braun
Ms. Braun is the mother of three children, community member, has been a Sauk Rapids-Rice Board member since 2006, and is the Director of the Greater St. Cloud Area Retired and Senior Volunteer Program. Lisa has a passion for lifelong learning and service to our community.
Ms. Loidolt is the mother of four children, community member, Navy veteran, and a Special Education Paraprofessional at Athlos Academy in St. Cloud. Lisa plans to provide a fresh perspective on how to prepare the district for the future.
