Welcome to ISD 47’s Human Resources.
Sauk Rapids-Rice employs more than 550 full and part-time staff, as well as approximately 200 substitutes. We support a variety of human resource services including staffing, recruiting, new employee orientation, benefits, labor negotiations, employee relations and organizational development.
The day to day Human Resource operations are a function of the District Office and are overseen by the Superintendent and Business Manager.
